Urbandale Kitchen

Tim and Steve did a wonderful job from start to finish. Their workmanship is first class. They were initially confronted with some unforeseen circumstances, but handled everything very skillfully. Additionally, they showed up when they said they would and managed the overall project quite efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them for future projects. Great job!

Dan Peichl

Welcome to our second kitchen of 2008. a small outdated kitchen in Urbandale.

Demo began Thursday 6.19.2008 and much was accomplished in 2 days.

The goal here is to enlarge it a little by removing the bulkhead all the way around, expanding into the eating area an additional foot by removing the wall to the right side of the refrigerator with cabinetry, move the stove to it's left a foot and moving the sink from current location to the back right corner.

Above you can see the wiring mess discovered once the bulkheads were removed. It was time to rewire and simplify it all.

Rewiring completed, a short wall was built for the new location of the refrigerator and upper cabinet as well as new pantry cabinet on the back side of the wall. Next is to move the drain vent to the corner where the sink will be moved then drywall can be installed.

7.2.2008

As you can see above, drywall has been completed and cabinetry is being installed.

7.8.2005

Cabinets are all in and adjusted.

7.9 the flooring will be installed.

7.14 counters go in.

7.15 plumbing will all be installed.
